District Level Science Exhibition Inaugurated on 13th Dec-2012 at Koraput

District Level Science Exhibition was inaugurated in Govt. High School at Koraput today . More than 60 children from different parts of the district took part in the exhibition .

An orientation programme for the PTEs of Secondary Schools in Koraput and Rayagada district was inaugurated by Prabhakar Mangaraj , Addl.Director , Physical Education , S& ME Dept in presence of P.K.Nag , DEO , Koraput ,Rajkishore Jena , DSO and Rashmi Ranjan Sethy , HM of Govt.High School today .

From Teachers Training at Sunabeda

V.S.Vidyalaya of Sunabeda organized a Teachers’ workshop venues at Bhanja Mandap, HAL Township, Sunabeda on Sunday 15th.April’2012.The participants of the workshop were the teachers of A.E.S. (Aeronautics Education Society) and teachers of different schools of Koraput and Jeypore. The workshop was inaugurated by Guru Prasad Biswal, General Secretary , A.E.S and the welcome address presented by Hemanta Kumar Seth, Principal, V.S.V. A.V.Dinkar, Secretary, V.S.V was also present in the workshop through out to encourage the participants. The Resource Person, Lalit Krishna Trivedi, facilitated by Trend Setters Publications, brought a grand success to the workshop through his skills of innovative interactive process with the participants. He highlighted on “Motivational inputs for teachers and Nurturing creativity & lateral thinking in children.” The workshop ended with the vote of thanks proposed by P.K.Mishra, Vice-Principal, V.S.Vidyalaya. It is felt that the programme became effective as it could motivate the participants to act better. 

Sunabeda : On 7th of February, 2012, V.S. Vidyalaya of Sunabeda  bid
farewell to the 73 students of class XII. A grand send-off revelry
programme was organised by the students of class XI on this occasion.

A.V. Dinkar were invited to grace the function presided over by
Principal of the school Hemanta Kumar Seth. It was a moving and
touching programme “It was a time to remember, a time to be emotional
along with a time to feel hopeful, and thankful. This was the way the
feelings of the day were expressed by honourable guests and Principal
H.K. Seth They wished all the students and asked them to carry the
glory of V.S.Vidyalaya to different parts of the world. They suggested
the out going students to select the career of their own choice
instead of carried away by friends and parents. They told them that
whenever they need any help, V.S. Vidyalaya is always there to take
care of them. Among others Vice Principal P. K. Mishra and senior
teacher Pranoti Deb also shared their views on the occasion. Mehrose
Tarannum Sheikh and Soumya Prasad Patnaik of class XII reminisced
about the years spent in V.S.Vidyalaya whether it was learning and
growing up or teaching, they remembered all the things that happened
during these 14 years of their school career. They expressed their
heartfelt thanks to all the teachers for their care and support .The
children from the class XI performed their hearts out for their
seniors during the farewell programme at the quadrangle of the school
and a select few participated in a play. Parul Dwivedi, Manilekha
Boxi, Nishtha Pandey, Subhasmita Padhi and  Tuhina Nanda of class XI
compared the programme
